Since v10.1 was released the kernel has now been upgraded 3 times (...16.13-4 > ...16.21-0.13 > ...16.21-0.21 > ...16.21-0.25). This has created 'duplicated' files in /boot and in /usr/src for the replaced kernels, files like System.map, initrd, symsets, etc. All these redundant files add up to a bit of disk space. May I assume that it is safe to delete all these 'dups' and leave only the files relating to the latest kernel and the previous version of the kernel (for which grub has an entry)? Cheers. -- "Every burned book enlightens the world." Ralph Waldo Emerson
