This has created 'duplicated' files in /boot and in /usr/src for the replaced kernels, files like System.map, initrd, symsets, etc. All these redundant files add up to a bit of disk space.
Could you create a bug report with details, please?
This as always been so, I think. Most of them seem to be files that are not in the rpm, but created on site, specially if we recompile the kernel. This is what I currently have: /kernel-modules 0 ~linux 20 /linux-2.6.11.4-21.11 1186M /linux-2.6.11.4-21.12 1186M /linux-2.6.16.13-4 209137K /linux-2.6.16.21-0.13 216583K /linux-2.6.16.21-0.21 229682K /linux-2.6.16.21-0.25 439074K /linux-2.6.16.21-0.25-obj 6563899 ~linux-obj 24 I have freed some gigs now. I simply forgot. - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
