I can't find such a setting either, but you can always select the quoted text and hit "delete", since it's a free text editor, and the quote isn't protected.
Now tell us why you would want to not include at least the part of the email you are replying to?
If you highlight (select) only the text you want to reply to, and then make your reply, only the text that you highlighted will show in the reply message. Then you do your response and send it off. Bob S.
