That is then most likely not a makeSUSEdvd issue, but a create_package_descr issue. When the MD5SUM is being made, the files are already copied, so no issue there.
For me this looks like a mkisofs issue. The file name is about 50 chars long, which violates iso.9660 version 1. You could try "-iso-level 4".
That indeed does the trick. Any idea why just these three files give a problem and not any other? Guess they are the longest ones :-)
