Linux users who think they want Netscape actually want SeaMonkey, which is the current version of the application suite that provided the basis for Netscape 6 and Netscape 7, except that SeaMonkey leaves out the Netscape junk add-ons and adds the new and improved features that Mozilla would have had had it not been discontinued (security bug fixes are in the plans for it, but no development or feature changes).
I went to seamonkey because I kept having firefox stall on me. This happened especially on yahoo sites, movies.yahoo.com for instance. But seamonkey doesn't have all the plugins yet, forecastfox doesn't work, I use it daily with firefox! -- Paul Cartwright Registered Linux user # 367800
