I've found copies at http://ftp.opensuse.org/pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source/su... and http://mirrors.kernel.org/opensuse/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source/suse... ... Neither seems to be blindingly fast ... and it makes me wonder what I'm missing out on with my CD isos! Thanks for the help. On Sunday 16 Oct 2005 14:47, Patrick Shanahan wrote:

I installed it from the 10.0 DVD, but I don't think it is on the CD. You can point the Yast Installation source to the suse ftp site if you do not have a DVD player.
It is *not* on the dvd iso that I dl'ed.
Given that we pay for bandwidth in NZ, I'm not keen to download a whole DVD just to get a couple of packages.
not to worry. The package "postgresql-server" is *not* on the 10.0-GM iso that I dl'ed.
Are there any places where I can just pick and choose from specific the specific packages rather than entire isos?
I have been unable to find it.
AND, Novell does not provide a link to it. -- Patrick Shanahan Registered Linux User #207535 http://wahoo.no-ip.org @ http://counter.li.org HOG # US1244711 Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2
