I'm running SuSE 10.0 Pro (not opensuse) and I want to install the rpms for OpenOffice2.0 now that I have downloaded them. How can I install them all at once as a group? It was easy with 9.3 because I would just use Red Carpet (Zenworks, or whatever they're calling it) and it had a handy "Install from file" feature that would allow me to select multiple rpms and install them in one run. Is there another way that I can do that in 10.0 now that they have excluded red carpet/zenworks?
Unpack the tar file. Then, in a terminal session as root, go into the directory with all the rpms in it and use either "yast -i openoffice*" or "rpm -i openoffice* --nodeps" to install. Then install the suse customized rpm.
