I have a Creative MuVO 64MB. It works fine with SuSE 7.3 and 9.0, but will not mount with SuSE 9.1. I couldn't get to the bottom of that (following the various hotplug/USB suggestions elsewhere on this list did not help), so I have had to downgrade back to 9.0. A great shame as 9.0 seems very sluggish in comparison.

Try creating a directory
# mkdir /media/muvo
then put the line
/dev/sda1 /media/muvo subfs fs=floppyfss,user,procuid,nodev,nosuid,sync 0 0
in /etc/fstab
Then it should mount automatically under /media/muvo and if it doesn't, you should can mount it with
$ mount /media/muvo
-- JDL
Tried that, but when I try to mount, it just hangs. Thanks for the suggestion, anyway. Steve Dundee, UK
