I had a UPS failure yesterday. Now when I start KDE, the fontsize is about one pixel--enough to see it's there, but not enough to make out with a magnifying glass. I looked at XF86Config, but nothing seemed to be amiss there. The rest of the logon screen looks okay, making adjustments for the lack of space consumed by the text. And when I run VNC from a remote machine, that display looks normal. Where should I look for the cause of this?
Mice fonts. Nice name :-)
AFAIK go to: Control centre->Appearance and themes->Fonts
And will there be text there for me to read? I can't even read the text on the login screen. I'm kinda limited to text consoles. As for the recommendation to check log files. I have nothing from the time of the failure. I suppose there was no time to clean up.
