Thanks for the response. I found the report you mentioned in the support DB. I followed those instructions (put 'ehci-hcd' in "MODULES_LOADED_ON_BOOT"). Still can't open USB 2.0 device (SanDisk flash reader). Cant find any other USB 2.0 reports in support DB.
I can't find any LINUX drivers an the SanDisk web site. Is there a source for LINUX drivers for specific devices?
examine /var/log/messages for error messages when you have tried to access the usb2 flash-reader. It *should* present itself as a disk drive and not require drivers. It *is* formatted ??
