This is what I have:

No trace of
Option "ButtonNumber" "5"
So, I assume that it's as easy as appending that missing "Option ..." to my settings. Then, how do I apply changes? Appart of rebooting, that is... ;)
Just log out and log back in. That will restart X and reread the options
One thing that makes me rise one eyebrow is:
--- Section "ServerLayout" Identifier "Layout[all]" InputDevice "Keyboard[0]" "CoreKeyboard" InputDevice "Mouse[1]" "CorePointer" Option "Clone" "off" Option "Xinerama" "off" Screen "Screen[0]" EndSection ---
As you can see, I have a Keyboard[0], a Screen[0] but a Mouse[1]...
It's not really important. What is important is that it matches the Identifier in the InputDevice section. the '1' is probably just YaST doing something unknown internally
