That would normally be done in Settings -> Configure Konqueror -> File Associations -> pick whatever the page in question resolved to and make sure you call up the application of your choice. I am actually surprised that emacs got pushed in the "advanced users" section that doesn't automatically get installed on 9.0. Come on guys, what is a linux installation without emacs. Cheers, Alex. No disrespect to the old style Unix brigade but I don't even want emacs on my system never mind usurping the role of kate or kwrite. Even vi would be better than this!
Does anyone know where I can change this setting from xemacs to kwrite?
I'm using SuSE 9.0 and KDE 3.1.4
