Though I would agree NS 4.x is dead, I wouldn't say NS is no more. I use NS 7.1, and it is quite nice, based on Mozilla 1.4. (It is even gcc 3.2 compiled from Netscape, nice for my 8.2.) It also has an html editor (Composer), though I also like and use Quanta.
