Why is the option for acpi=off in your file twice? Some computers in
order to shutdown need the acpi turned on. Mine does. Without it, I
have to power down manually. Of course, you may have a reason to have
it disabled. Just my thoughts. I think that you can remove one of the
duplicate entrys though.
