Anyone know what this means...I get the message when I'm trying to use the audio_slave in Konq to convert a CD to mp3's. Granted I haven't ripped a CD since I was running 7.3 so I don't know if it's an 8.1 thing. I have all the latest lame pkgs installed including lame-libs.
The error is:
An error occured while loading audiocd:/: The file or directory / does not exist.
It could be a couple of things. You could have the audio slave set for the wrong device. Check in control centre. It's not always that "auto" works, so try setting the device manually. Or if you're using ide-scsi emulation it could be that you don't have sufficient permissions on the /dev/sg* device. //Anders -- 'Deserves [death]. I daresay he does. Many that live deserve death.
