According to SuSE 7.3 Pro documentation, this should work by default, I am after all the only one using the SuSE box AND I will be the only one using the netatalk connection. but if I have to do it manually, I will need help as I am a still a Linux newbie. I have read the documentation as well as the afpd.conf file and I simply don't get it :-( As far as I can see, there are two issues that I will need to deal with if I have to manually configure: 1) user, and 2) shared directories. That is about as far as my comprehension on this issue goes. Can you walk me through it? Also, is there a netatalk client that will enable me to access the PB from my SuSE box? Cheers, Brian
