[Running SuSE 7.3 Pro DVD, updated to FTP, with all updates / kernel 2.4.18] When accessing the susehelp facility via http://localhost/susehelp/ (as opposed to using the KDE version - I'm running GNOME), several of the links are broken and I can't, for the life of me, figure out where the source that contains the affected links is stored. [sigh]. And I've looked for several hours now ... Can't find anything relevant in the SDB either. :( Most of the other links work OK (I'll deal with the others that don't work later - they are not as big a deal for me now ...). The links in question are: Under "Packages / programs": "Gimp user manual" - error is: "The requested URL /gimp/1.2/help/C/contents.html was not found on this server." Under "Installation / hardware": "SuSE Reference" - error is: "The requested URL /doc/suse/suselinux-reference_en/html/index.html was not found on this server." Under "Configuration": "SuSE Network" - error is: "The requested URL /doc/suse/network_en/html/index.html was not found on this server." "Gnome documentation" - error is: "The requested URL /opt/gnome/share/gnome/help/users-guide/C/index.html was not found on this server." Under "Commands / functions": "PostgreSQL" - error is: "The requested URL /doc/packages/postgresql/index.html was not found on this server." The following relevant help pkgs are installed: susehelp-2001.09.06-110 susehelp_en-2001.09.06-110 Interestingly, there are 12 files that are included in BOTH packages! /etc/susehelp.d/apache_en.conf /etc/susehelp.d/applbook_en.conf /etc/susehelp.d/confbook_en.conf /etc/susehelp.d/doc2_en.conf /etc/susehelp.d/howto_en.conf /etc/susehelp.d/kde_en.conf /etc/susehelp.d/kdeappl_en.conf /etc/susehelp.d/man_en.conf /etc/susehelp.d/netbook_en.conf /etc/susehelp.d/pac_en.conf /etc/susehelp.d/refbook_en.conf /etc/susehelp.d/sdb_en.conf Unfortunately, neither the package descriptions nor the incuded README file help to disambiguate why these files are in both pkgs or what the relationship between the pkgs in in the first place (they have identical comments, though their contents differ significantly). Also, I've looked (though not exhaustively) at various config and html files in the following places without success [so far]: /etc/httpd/ /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/ /etc/susehelp.d/ /usr/share/doc/susehilf/ /usr/share/doc/suse/ I don't expect the needed info to be hard-coded into the CGI files, so I haven't looked there. Any ideas, anyone? I'd like to keep my hair ... Thanks! Phil
