Hi,
I am trying to install Suse 7.3 on Dell PowerEdge 6450 server and get this message from yast2:
yast2 return code is 4 (errno = 2)
Does anybody know what is wrong ?
Thanks.

Oh one other thing I forgot to mention that may be your problem. They deliver this bos with an IDE cdrom connected to a narrow single ended scsi-bus and have modified the bios to make the system see it as IDE. This will not work with SuSE. It ends up seeing it as an IDE FLOPPY. You should try using the "hdx=noprobe" "hdx=cdrom" command line boot parameters to see if it will work right. We ended up putting a real scsi cdrom in before you thought about trying these. It works for red-hat because all that stuff is in the kernel and not as modules. Mark
