I'm a total newbie at web design and I've been tinkering with IBM Homepage Builder for Linux. It works, seems pretty straightforward, has some bugs so I've been using "Web Design In A Nutshell" (O'Reilly Pub.) to fix and clean up what it writes. It seems to write code that works great when using Konqueror as a browser and sometimes screwey when using Netscape as a browser, but this may be a general problem with browser compatability.
