I used ReD Carpet to install evolution, ->initially it didn't run and robert was right to point out it was lacking ->some packages. ->did a bash run on evolution and the bonobo package wasn't installed so I ->installed it via red carpet. -> ->What I did to my system was: -> ->1. Install Xfree 4.1.0 (Got all packages from SuSE ftp site) ->2. Install Ximian GNOME ( I used the SuSE 7.2 installer from the Ximian ->Site) ->3. Used Red Carpet to Install Evolution and the needed libraries. ->4. Good as brewed morning coffee! =) I tried to do the update via RC and there were 29 pkgs that it said I could get as updates for 7.2, but after tagging them for download it errored and said "Unresolved Dependancies"..so I went to ftp.ximian.com and not one of the version numbers for the updates were in the 7.2 directory. I'm confused. Do they keep the updates in a different place for RC to look at? And if so..where? -- Ben Rosenberg mailto:ben@whack.org cat CE|ME|NT|XP > /dev/null
