Well, that's the nature of the GPL. Anyone can redistribute your code under their own label. But if SuSE did the work, it's only fair to assume they're a lot more competent, and are going to make a killing at the services needed to maintain the systems. BTW. Someone I talked to at IBM said that SuSE on 390 wasn't very good. They preferred TurboLinux or Caldera. Has anyone here actually used 'zSeries' with linux, and can comment? I guess SuSE is still letting politics rule the day as far as countries. SuSE's S/390 port has been proven for over a year..yet these stock exchanges are going to be running RH. This is just sad..doing the work and then politics and branding get you screwed... :/
