Hi all..
I need to setup on my wife's system (7.1 / KDE 2) a button so that all she has to do is click on it and it will mount the NFS system. Does anyone have an idea how I can do this?
Stick the entry in /etc/fstab and specifiy the 'noauto' option for it. KDE2, on first startup, will create an icon for it and will mount when you click on it. You can mount/unmount by right-clicking on the icon as well. You can also create this icon somehow by creating, say, a CDROM device icon and modifying it. - -- James Oakley Engineering - SolutionInc Ltd. joakley@solutioninc.com http://www.solutioninc.com -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.5 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE7MOqz+FOexA3koIgRArnWAJ9Ydml8emQWDe56SBqHsTaZ6UEZnQCfURJd 3N29f42Rrm3ctrcBPUn8yk0= =sAYG -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
