It seems to me when the leaders of the open source community respond .. they do so in Linux forums...and When Microsoft makes these statements..it's to mainstream media. Wouldn't it be better to respond in the statements in the forum that they occurred in? It's like preaching to the converted. And all the public sees are those bonehead comments from the Microsoft side.
