Hummm, depends upon what you are doing (speed)....if it is for attaching Scanners or such an older speed SCSI-wide will be in your range, if you have a need for LVD2 or SCSI-160, like for Hard discs then you want an Adaptec 29160. You may find an OEM (no box) Adaptec for a little more than your range. I bought a u160 Adaptec that has a 50pin out on the external and has the internal 68 pin for 30% less than the one with 68pin int&ext....guess they sell less of them or something.
