I keep having problems with the RPM's from www.operasoft.com. I've tried both the dynamic and static linked ones. Both give this result: # rpm -ivh oper*.rpm package opera-4.0b1-1 is for a different architecture The package says it's "i386", which is what I have. Maybe my system is marked as "i586". But I've never had problems with other packages. It could be the RPM's are corrupted during transfer. Any other plausible ideas? I can compile the sources. But wanted to try the RPM's first. -- Robert Wohlfarth rjwohlfar@bigfoot.com "My theory's right.
