I have been on the list and I am very greatful to Ben for all the help
that he has given! But I do see the user perspective... the assumption is
that since Ben has @suse.com in his email address, he is _representing_
SuSE on this list and his emails are a reflection of SuSE attitude. THIS
IS WRONG. Ben is on his owntime and is making an effort outside of his
work to help us.
Ben, perhaps you should include a .sig that clarifies that you are not
official SuSE support on the list, or perhaps use a different email
address.
Regards,
Adi.
