how does ifconfig gets its values and how does it remove them why does it continue to show ppp's not active.. in other words why when i kill wvdial it continue to show ppp0, ppp1 etc etc forcingi it next time to add another ppp
Just a question, but how are you 'killing' wvdial? I used to find problems if it wasn't shut down with Ctrl-C. --
