Not at the current time. Dump is very closely related to the ext2 filesysten - it is not a trivial task to make it work with ReiserFS, too...
Yes, I now realize that. But almost every UNIX or UNIX-like OS that I know of has a dump that is compatible with the OS' native filesystem. If ReiserFS is going to be pushed as the default journalling FS on SuSE they we need utilities such as dump/restore.
