I rarely see messages from skript kiddies on this list.
Anyway, the SuSE Mail List is the best!
I think so too, but what others are there ?
There are email lists for every topic under the sun. I was on several lists relating to various topics of science, before I retired from teaching. The church I attend has started it's own email list so member can communicate directly. Very nice. JLK
That was not what I had in mind.
I meant those addressed to LINUX and related matters.
Oh. Well, just about every distro has their own mail list, more or less. About every major project has their own mail list. The kenel development project is probably the most important, followed by the kde mail list and the kdevelop mail list. Almost every aspect of computing associated with Linux has a mail list, and if not a mail list then a newsgroup. I seldom frequent newsgroups because the anonymous posters generally post rude, crude, violent, anti-social and generally worthless messages. They drop the signal-to-noise ration so low that the newsgroup becomes worthless. That is why lists like this are becoming so popular. It is also why the testosterone groupies don't frequent it very often - they have to register with a valid email address, which leaves a trail.
