Judging by https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Board_meeting, the board stopped meeting in March last year, and no minutes were posted from that last irc meeting. Apparently a face-to-face meeting took place on March 28 & 29, but I see no minutes nor a report from that either.
In May 2015, Bruno Friedmann then quietly announced:
"To be precise, the meeting on irc, is no more automatic. It's on demand when the need and the actors are there."

Really, no board meetings since March last year?
Nope, we have had board meetings since March last year. However, 2015 appears to have been a particularly busy year for most of us currently on the openSUSE Board. The effect was that board meetings were somewhat more irregular than the intended every other week rhythm and that we got sloppy with posting minutes. Going back through our e-mails and trying to fill the gap at this point for historical purposes is probably not going to happen, sorry. As stated in another mail in this thread everyone certainly should have insight into what is being discussed at board meetings and minutes should be posted. I suspect that once the new board is in place this will be picked up again and minutes will once again appear as they did prior to March last year. Sorry that this has fallen off everyone's plate. I trust that the renewed energy brought to the board by 3 new members to be elected in the upcoming electing will address this problem.
