Hi All,
Google Code-in will come to an end in a few days. I would like to take the opportunity to ask feedback from people. We can discuss it from here. Personally for me, the questions that I had like to ask are this 1. How do you think Google Code-in helped us?
There are obviously direct benefits in some tasks solving some of our real issues, like wiki front page, some cleanup of wiki templates, translations for Greek language wiki, etc. For me it helped to see how to organize "How to participate?" area of openSUSE.
2. Where are the areas we can try to improve and how can we improve?
It was obvious that Greek guys understood better then anyone who are contest participants, their goals and average skills. For the next year we have to start collecting tasks early, possibly from lists of open tasks that we will create for people that want to contribute to openSUSE.
A very special Thanks to Matt, Vincent, mentors and students who made this possible.
Thank you to you too, for organizing everything and convincing people that openSUSE should be one of participating organizations. -- Regards, Rajko -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org
