enhancement of bug reporting. Your work is a good step in this direction :-)
Well, one thing on my TODO list is a feature that allows attaching specific logs to the bug reports, according to what package is being reported against. Another one is watching for crashes and when a program crashes - open a prompt to report the bug and attach the dump file created. I've talked about implementing both these features with my mentor but we have to wait because at the moment python-bugzilla (the library we use) does not support attachments for Novell's bugzilla so Michal passed this on to the person at Suse that works on this. We are waiting for his reply.
do you plan any kind of GUI for bugreporter?
Yes, I talked to Michal (my mentor) and I will mentor myself a project at an extra curricular open source course here at my university that consists of making a GUI for bugreporter. It will be done in Qt (pyqt) and later on, if libyui comes along nicely, I can work porting it on that, we'll see.
looks promising :-)
we need more bug reports from less skilled people
Yes, that's the idea. I think that bugreporter allows them to do that. Basically, they have to enter a summary and a description and just choose a component from a list. Even if they choose it wrong, the asignee / cc list will be correct, so it doesn't matter that much!
