I think what Kostas is talking about is not "fora" like the openSUSE 
Forums, but rather "online discussion venues", whether they be web-based 
forums, newsgroups, mailing lists, etc.   IOW, I think he's talking in a 
more generic sense.

Building on what I wrote a couple minutes ago, I would see "providing 
community support venues" as a part of the definition of "usable" in the 
broader sense of the proposed mission statement.  I would also probably 
include end-user training (formal and informal) as part of what helps us 
meet that goal of being "usable".
