Not true. You are still missing the point. The default 11.2 installation left that repo: a) not enabled b) auto-refresh enabled. Notice (b), it means: All default 11.2 installations try to refresh the sources repo. That is the problem you miss, that's what caused the impact to 11.2 users. It does not impact 11.3, afaik.
