Hi,
General improvement: - adding of info provider possible everyone
This is a missing feature, correct. But IMO we once defined that as a job for the screening team some time ago.
- info provider receives a notification
Given already if the person signs up in Hermes. Exactly this if is the issue. We should guide people better to Hermes imo. Why not requester and people commenting in a feature guide actively to Hermes so

- adding of additional people (interested, developer etc.)
This is possible already in the openFATE client, just on the pencil and than "Add myself as interested" or "Add myself as developer"
But what about adding another person which I know will be interested or maybe even is the developer or maintainer?
- make it visible if there is a developer for a feature. If there's no developer we can use this for a "call for action" for people to take care of the feature
Thats indeed a missing feature, even though it is possible to subscribe as developer.
- make Hermes visible and intuitive to work with and/or notify per default everyone with a role in a feature when it changes
Could it be more visible and intuitive than a prominent link on the openFATE page saying "Subscribe to feature change notifications" together with the fate logo? It's there.
Maybe I'm blind but this morning I couldn't find the Hermes logo on my large screen and actually asked a colleague if he finds it - he couldn't. Just now on my small screen I found it - strange.
And it is also mentioned at several places that you need to click in Hermes before you get this notifications. I think that's sufficient?!? IMO we lack a page that appears after your first login and makes it easy to subscribe to all needed messages. Yes, such a page would help and maybe not only after first login but when requesting or commenting on a feature.

Rights for screening team: - change the status of a feature (duplicate, need info, done, implementation etc.)
Yes, needed.
BTW, more on the whole process can be read here: http://en.opensuse.org/OpenFATE/Documentation
