Hi!
There is apparent GCC regression so that a package which works well when built with GCC-4.3 crashes if it is built with GCC-4.5 and GCC-4.6. Is there an established procedure of handling this?
that most of the time, means there is a subtle bug in the package itself, you have to debug it before considering it a compiler bug. Compiler bugs do exist but are notoriously less frequent than bugs in programs. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+owner@opensuse.org
