I do agree. I want OGMRip to be available on as many distributions as possible but I'm not going to build or maintain the packages myself.
Looking at the project, it seems it has some dependencies on software which cannot be included in openSUSE because of legal problems (e.g. mplayer and lame). So this would rather be a candidate for Packman (http://packman.links2linux.de/).
