Hello, I thinking about People of openSUSE since a few months. I looked after other such series and recognized all have such problems that are the interviews not really in regularly intervals. I looking often to this people behind interviews when I make the preperations for the live broadcast with RadioTux from LinuxTag. I think thats always the same people they think they can do this job recognize after a few months how much work it is that to do. I doing interviews for a long time and know which lot of work is to do with research before u take the interview. And I thaught about can I do this. I dont know, maybe I can do this but I would like an other form of it. When I do it I would take the interview via skype or voip and publish it on RadioTux. But not ot often only 1 in the quarter year or 2 months more not. And publish it on news.o.o too But there is a problem, RadioTux take this only when the OWN are really published there! br gnokii Am Freitag, den 19.03.2010, 04:22 +0100 schrieb Pascal Bleser:

And when you've done your homework, you'll know more than what you need just for the interview. Thus you have more knowledge to help write additional articles beyond just the interview. Like reporting on team activities, as an example.
As a side note (noise :) What about someone from the team taking time and reporting activity?
That's pretty much what I already mentioned in another post on the topic, evolving from a "pull" to a "push" model, where the teams poke the OWN editors about potentially interesting content rather than the opposite: http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-marketing/2010-03/msg00096.html
So.. yes, definitely, but it will also take some time before we can come to that situation, as the teams aren't especially verbose nor taking a lot of time to "marketise" what they're doing as of now, with the exception of a very few people. (I'm not throwing any (suse)rocks around, I too am totally guilty of that)
cheers
