Yes. However, Tumbleweed didn't refresh, so no new packages arrived in the repo/mirror since morning.

There are a few packages that I expect to downgrade since you've based it off a new source and they started to have new build numbers. The rest reverts to openSUSE-current-Update-OSS and an earlier KDE version and that can't be right.

Had the same problem. Did a zypper up and got a very smooth update. No complaints no downgrades, only Tumbleweed upgrades.
