 Rekall is in the KDE3 repository (http://en.opensuse.org/KDE3), just like 
other KDE3-based packages. Please read the page carefully before adding the 
repository - although the packages generally work, the repository is in 
practice unmaintained and pretty much nobody cares about fixing bugs in KDE3 
applications.
