Hello, as mentioned in the last IRC meeting, there is still a number of KDE3 apps in openSUSE:Factory, and at least some of those really shouldn't be there on the account of being horribly old, unmaintained and so on. I checked what from KDE:KDE3 still links to openSUSE:Factory and here is the list, together with recommendations. The plan is that I will request removing of all the ones marked with 'drop', unless somebody speaks up for them. And the removing will be from openSUSE:Factory, not KDE:KDE3, just to make that sure. Feel free also to suggest dropping of further apps where I am not sure. * celestia - appears to be maintained, keep "Celestia is a free real-time space simulation that lets you experience our universe in three dimensions.", http://celestia.sourceforge.net * datakiosk - drop, I can't even find it in svn "DataKiosk is a JuK-like database interface tool for generic SQL databases.", http://extragear.kde.org/apps/datakiosk/ * kbiff - keep? last release a year ago, but still KDE3, and do we need something like this when it's KDE3?
