It's a shame that I did not keep a copy of the message. Also the logs in
/var/log/Yast2/y2log is very verbose, but I cannot find anything about a
warning, error or security problem there.

Presuming that is KDE related update, there is still few repositories that
can be involved, update, Build service KDE, Packman, and probably few more.
I'm just running 'zypper up -r kde4factory' and there was no warning.
