Just tested with 1.80 and with boot success on my PC, so the trouble began after that version.
Great, looks like really some change of Kiwi between version 1.64 and 2.05 how the CD gets mastered broke it. Any time to try version(s) in-between?
I will test 1.99 later today and report to the list.
