Since a couple of days ago, Kopete could no longer log in to the MSN instant messaging network.
According to this message, the problem has been fixed: http://groups-beta.google.com/group/linux.debian.devel.release/browse_t hr ea d/thread/56da427f484e19c2/753131db47f76963
Indeed there's a thread on the suse-linux-e list about fixing this by compiling the SVN version of Kopete, but this will only work in KDE 3.4, which I haven't installed.
Is there an updated RPM available for SuSE 9.2 w/KDE 3.3, or any other method to get this to work?

In FC3 Kopete 0.10 doesn't login either. Keeps coming with "Wrong password". (KDE 3.4/Kopete 0.10)

Actually I haven't. I'm recompiling from svn at the moment. Statement is that is should be fixed then... We'll see, but thanks for the pointer. That's the next try on the list if this fails.. :) -- Kind Regards, Peter M. Groen __________________________________________________________________________ "Ironic isn't it?
