1. How do I play the track I selected without copying it to my hard drive?
You can't play the wav, ogg or mp3 files. They don't really exist- they are for drag & drop ripping/encoding. However, you can play the cda tracks by dropping it into the "sidebar media player" (it will rip and play it in realtime). If you just want to play the CD, just use kscd, xmms or any other CD player.
2. How can I enlarge that xmms player? (Dragging the corners doesn't work.)
You mean enlarge the fonts? Right click on the player, goto preferences=>fonts. The player+equalizer windows can't be resized, however you can set them to double size with ctrl+D. The playlist window can be resized by dragging. Charles -- "...[Linux's] capacity to talk via any medium except smoke signals." (By Dr. Greg Wettstein, Roger Maris Cancer Center)
