libibus is a KDE requirement.
libibus is irrelevant here though. And ibus is not a KDE *requirement* at all. Actually it shouldn't even get installed in KDE, but libreoffice-gnome (used now in KDE too because libreoffice-kde4 has been dropped) pulls it in. It's only a supplement though (no hard requirement), so you can uninstall it (and/or prevent its installation) if you want.
