The package ktoblzcheck does not belong to KDE. Yet somebody put it in KDE:KDE3.
It is in Factory but I want to remove it from KDE:KDE3. Can any other devel project take care of it?
I would guess the kmymoney depends on ktoblzcheck which is probably why it ended up in the KDE repository. If you no longer want to maintain the package there and you do not want to maintain the package, the first thing will be to find a new maintainer for the package, i.e. send a "for sale" message to factory. The new maintainer could find a new home project for the package and then create a request to change the development project in Factory for the package.
