it's not called that, but if you choose the "repos" tab, then all packages in this list -> update if newer version available, you get the same functionality as "zypper up" -- with better readability for dependency problems & resolutions, if there are any.
I think it does something different. zypper up does not update any packages on my system but this feature you pointed suggests to update 139 packages. I believe it tries to replace officiall packages with those from non-official repos.
