I guess the polemic is caused by his frustration.  That might even
explain why he didn't quote the bug ID.  The issue is tracked by
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=735016

And what Ilya has written is unfortunately true.  I see the same from
time to time while installing or updating packages from
network:samba:STABLE

The issue nevertheless doesn't justify the tone of the initial mail.
