Hey Group;
I must be one of the only people that uses a non graphic bootup. Due to this error on several machines I am letting you know because it is a very simple fix. Goto /etc/udev/rules.d and change SYSFS to ATTR. It will solve bunches of /var/log/warn errors. This is in 11.2 and .3
Which rules is causing this problem? Can you file a bug against the package that added those rules?
One of the packages was libsane-something. I fixed that up before christmas (because it annoyed me like hell ;) but it took until end of last week until it was submitted from its develproject to FACTORY (I could not do that). Donn, for bugs like these, complaining here is not productive. Just go ahead and fix the packages, it's not a bigger effort than writing an email ;) -- Stefan Seyfried "Any ideas, John?"
